At what age can a child fly alone?

For citizens of Azerbaijan, when a minor (under 18) is leaving country with one of the parents, the consent of the other parent is required. When an unaccompanied minor departs the country, the consent of the parents/guardians or their legal representatives is required. Children under the age of 5 that are not accompanied by a parent, guardian or their authorized person shall not be carried on the flights of the Airline.
