Only departure time and date of reward tickets can be changed. Gold and Platinum members can make these changes free of charge, but Classic members have to pay fees in the amount of 50 EUR (OW).
After departure all members of the programme can make the changes mentioned above in the reward ticket by paying fees in the amount of 75 EUR (OW).
